Transfer and storage bulk powders are the main function of the bulk P-tank.It's a type of special equipment for transferring cement,barite and dry powders.Moreover,it's also a kind of device which can receive and sent the cement,barite and dry powders etc.

NO.3 Working Principle
Material feed in principle :Driven by the compressed air,the airy mixture is transported into P-Tank through pipelines.Powder material settle down due to decreased pressure differential,volumetric expansion,reduced velocity or gravity and waste air is exhausted through air drainage lines.
Material Drainage principle :The airy unit(fluidized bed) installed within P-Tank will air the powder material,and when pressure differential reaches up to a certain level,mixtures will be transported outside the tanks to designated position through pipelines.
